During the pandemic, Filipinos proved remarkably resilient.

We must all work together during this pandemic to protect the virus from spreading further. As a result of the epidemic, a lot of new hazards and dangers developed. As a result of this sickness, the entire world has been affected.

Many countries must shut down their economy to prevent the virus from spreading, and our country is one of them, with strict Enhanced Community Quarantine regulations in place. Many individuals have begun to lose their jobs, yet they have always found a way to live and earn money. People return to traditional pursuits such as fishing, vegetable gardening, and cooking with wood. This encouraged individuals to continue to fulfill their basic needs, and in some cases, to go above and beyond. To avoid the spread of viruses, we must be careful, stick to quarantine regulations, and work together.

Controlling the transmission of viruses is easier with lockdown. Helping and supplying food and basic supplies to those who are affected is a significant contribution to the prosperity of our community. The Filipino people's unity will make them more resilient to the epidemic. Our major responsibility is to work together to solve the pandemic. We must follow the regulations of wearing a mask, washing our hands, and maintaining social distance for our own safety.

Encouraging one another will also motivate us to do a better job, create a better community, and maintain good relationships. This leads to better yields, more resilient crops and livestock, enhanced agricultural technology, and improved distribution capabilities in agriculture. Let us assist agriculture and industry by buying Philippine-made goods to produce the funds required for inclusive growth. Buying locally allows us to keep money in our economy and contribute back to our local producers, inspiring them and supplying them with the resources we need to expand and reinvest in technology. For industry, this implies higher-tier, value-adding capabilities and more cost-effective green technology in local production, lowering the cost of goods and boosting economic activity in other sectors.

Hope persists in the face of adversity. Resilience is one trait that distinguishes the Filipino people. We'd been colonized, had to rebuild our cities, had to deal with terrorism and dictatorship, weathered economic downturns, and had to flee our homes when natural disasters struck.
